 Construction operations are managed by David R. Turcotte, who has been active in various building endeavors since 1984 while finishing his high school education. After graduating from the New Hampshire Technical Institute in 1988 with an Associate’s Degree in Building Construction, Mr. Turcotte moved to Atlanta and worked various construction projects that lead to a position as assistant to the Superintendent with Centex Homes in 1993. Over the next 9 years Mr. Turcotte held multiple positions from Field Superintendent to Construction Manager of three different Centex divisions in Atlanta.

Beginning in 2002 Mr. Turcotte elected to pursue his own development goals. This entrepreneurial period that extends to present day has produced over 50 new homes and 45 restoration projects. Mr. Turcotte’s commercial construction experience includes building out of commercial spaces, refurbishing apartment complexes, the complete construction of various commercial buildings, and completion of a resort development located in the North Georgia Mountains.

David Turcotte has detailed experience with capital finance, budgeting, accounting, and administration for both commercial and residential construction projects. With a clear understanding of what it takes to get the job done, done well, done on time, and most importantly, done to the customer’s satisfaction within a competitive pricing environment Mr. Turcotte is a strong and successful leader in the industry.
